ANTICANCER WONDER FOOD: TURMERIC

Tumeric(curcuma longa): Prevents the production of the inflammation-related enzyme cyclo-oxygenase 2 (COX-2), which is unusually high in certain inflammatory diseases and cancers, especially bowel and colon cancer.

  1. Its great with fish and veggies .
    I slow cook onions garlic tumeric little olive oil dash of butter add lentils organic broth simmer till cooked approx 1 hour. Season fish with tumeric saute or bake. Monk fish. Salmon or Cod go well with tumeric and Thai yellow curry paste.
