DIET "Tortilla Wrap Pizza" RECIPE:

What is more delicious than a thin crust pizza… and what is thinner than a tortilla wrap?  
Here is my favourite pizza recipe. Its addictive and YUM YUM.
You can use gluten free/low calories or whole wheat wraps.

Grill the wrap before adding toppings to stop the tomato from soaking through.

Ingredients:

1 whole wheat tortilla wrap.

2 tbsp tomato paste or chopped canned tomatoes

Your favourite topping!
Mine is:
avo, ham, light feta

TOP WITH:
1 tbsp grated light cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat the oven to full heat on grill.

Put the wrap on a baking sheet and grill for a minute or two until golden brown, turn over and do the same on the other side.
Remove the wrap from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the wrap.
Add toppings to the wrap and sprinkle cheese over the ingredients.
Grill until the cheese is melted.
ENJOY, GUILT FREE!
